All of the videos i downloaded offline is lost ecerytime i turn my data on. It waste the data

I used to download videos offline because there's no signal in our place and the problem is,
All of the videos i downloaded offline is lost everytime i turn my data on.

Why is it?

It all depends on what application you use to download and watch videos. If your videos are stored somewhere as files (eg, .AVI, .MP4, .MKV etc), just move them somewhere else.
