all versions of internet download manager not downloading video with sounds from apple safari browser

all versions of internet download managers including idm 6.18 and less are downloading videos from apple safari web broser but without sound.i think they are lazy and unable to work with newest media type webDl introduced by safari browser.on firefox its ok.i have emailed them.but they are not providing conclusive answer.just saying upgrade to latest version.any help would be highly appreciated.

You should use Chrome and not Safari, because it's safer and faster. There are several better download managers for Chrome.
