Solved! alldocube stream model i1305 no audio

i got an alldocube of ebay and it seems to not allow the audio. i have an x next to the speaker icon in the taskbar by the clock. i click it and it tells me no device. i took off the back and i see the speakers and they are connected to the motherboard. so i'm a bit lost. i did try updates and that failed. i looked for alldocube drivers and i do not find them so maybe someone has on of these models and can help me try to figure out if i have the drivers but i have to get past the no device found issue. thanks

ok i got it figured out. it turned out that when i reinstalled win10 i needed window drivers and finally they showed up. now the audio is working. thanks
