It's a HP 15.6" Laptop 15-db0026au.
The processor is a AMD A6-9225 (2.6GHz,up to 3.0 GHz, 1 MB Cache) Dual Core, 15w TDP.

That´s a non socketed CPU, it´s soldered to the motherboard and can´t easily be replaced.
It´s not upgradable, sorry

if you want better performance by replacing the CPU, you would need to replace the whole notebook

To increase performance, a SSD should work instead of a slow hard drive.
