Amazon button on my Vizio remote

I have a Vizio smart TV. Remote has an Amazon button. Watch movies a couple of weeks ago but went to push the bottom to see about a movie and it did nothing. I pushed a Netflix and it came up so I do not know what the issue is.

Did you ever get an answer for this? I’m having the same problem all of a sudden.
