Question Can I set my Amazon TV's built-in Alexa to just be constantly listening like normal alexa does?

Can I set my Amazon TV's (Insignia) built-in Alexa to just be constantly listening like normal real alexa devices do? (Instead of having to hold down the mic button on the remote).
(It's a new tv I got it two weeks ago in "prime week")
