AMD Graphics Driver Update question

I'm a bit confused on what drivers to download. I have a lenovo y700 with an fx-8800p cpu and r9 m385x gpu. When I went to the AMD website and searched for a driver update for my video card, I found the Radeon 16.6.1 version. But there was this note that said 'if you have an fx8800p apu, please use version 15.12" or something like that. So what version should I download?

just follow the instruction, it will avoid the problems

Crimson 16.6.1 is discrete GPU hotfix driver, it may incompatible with APU

So you mean even though I have a discrete graphics card, I should just get the one compatible with my fx8800p?

Well anyways, I finally updated my drivers to Crimson 15.12, and my games started to have some kind of stuttering that I didnt have when I stilll had the catalyst drivers. Any reason why?
