AMD processer to i3 processer

My laptop is not working properly so I want to upgrade the processor

You'll have to buy a new laptop. You can't go from AMD to Intel. Most laptops don't allow CPU replacement. Even if it did. It would have to be a compatible model and most AMD laptop CPU are very slow.

You can't go from AMD to Intel without replacing the motherboard and reinstalling windows. You might be able to upgrade the CPU depending on what socket it is, some APU based systems allow that.
