Amd radeon r6 m345dx

Hey... Dying light (game whose specs are lower than I have in my lap) is running slow so iam guessing something is wrong with my graphics card that is amd radeon r6 m345dx and I can't change the graphics card in catalyst menu what should I do?

i believe the card it self cant run dying light smoothly.the r6 m345dx is a combination of an a10 laptop apu and the r5 m330 which is an entry level card.it does not meet the requirement to run dying light properly.
