American megatrends problem on laptop

Hello,
when i turn on my laptop this american megatrends screen appears and says to press F2 to run setup or ESC for BBS POPUP. it does not matter what i press ,nothing happens. I dont kow what this is or what to do

You need to reset the bios, wrong settings in the bios can have your laptop frozen and unable to get past initial post. The other reason is a bios flash with the wrong bios or incomplete, failure. This case you will need to replace CMOS chip.
