My amplifier doesn't have a dedicated sub out port and also I want 2 subwoofers.
 
You can use any amplifier to drive subwoofers.
How well it will do that depends on the quality of the amp not just the power rating. Amp boards like the one you link to are usually vastly over rated in power so don't be surprised if they don't work well or play loud enough. You also need to max out the power supply to get anything close to the power rating.
If you don't have a subwoofer output in your system you will also need an active crossover board so that the subs only get bass to play. If you send a full range signal to the subs it screws up the balance. A better crossover will also have a high pass filter to remove bass from the upper range speakers. That allows them to play louder and cleaner.
You can connect a mono subwoofer output to both channels of a stereo amp to drive two subs.

i have just bought amplifiers, not speakers yet so, I will buy less wattage speakers for this setup.
