[citation][nom]DroKing[/nom]I want to know how long this phone lasts??? I refused to buy any smartphones ever since because they only last 4-5 hrs...thats retarded because i demand my phone to last 2 days with heavy use of texting. I own a Rumor Touch I been very happy with it because it lasts 4x longer than anybody's fancy shiny smartphones lol I laugh at smartphone users that lug their charger around all of the time.[/citation]
From reviews that i've read, it sounds like the Lumia 800 has a pretty standard battery life for a smartphone. For an average user, it should last about a day so by the sounds of it, it won't satisfy your needs.

The lumias do look nice but even the 900 has a screen thats too small for me personally.
The WP7 OS is fantastic though. I'm running an HTC Titan and have also had (or played with for an extended period) the Samsung Focus and HTC HD7 which were also pretty damn good. Having a single 1.5Ghz core instead of 2 1Ghz ones seems to make a positive difference, the Titan smokes my friends fruity and robot phones.

I love that Titan but man I'm addicted to OLED screens now. Currently have a Focus. Contract is up in ~6mo and I'll be checking the Titan 2 (even if not OLED), and Nokias out.

The Lumia 800 is fantastic and I have tried all the main operating systems. It's intuitive and the OS is smarter and less fussy than Andriod and IOS. There are more than enough apps in the marketplace for most users and the battery life is fine (any device with constant use zaps the battery life) hence why there are battery saving options within the OS and it lasts me the entire day without any problem. Buy this phone you will not be disappointed.

Its a very nice mobile device and i belive that Nokia did a very good job here. The only thing that i miss is a face front camera, thinking peolpe more and more uses video calls and with windows as a operating system its would be awsome to use Lync. But i belive its for the Lumia 800+;:)
