My win 10 laptop,is default interchanged like @and " ,plzz say how to fix it normal

You can try changing the layout of our keyboard. The UK layout has the @ and " swapped. Using a US layout will bring it back to normal, provided you're not dealing with the inverse of what I've suggested. Can you state which keyboard layout you have(physically)?
