Hello,
my name is christina.. my phone well boost andriod had a quater charge. and i tried to turn it on.. well its a black screen ???

Take out the battery, put it back in, turn on the phone, see what happens. I'd charge it up a bit before trying that though to make sure the battery is not dead.
