android and desktop

after i connect the usb cable to my android phone to my desktop computer how do i go about getting the internet on my desk top. i'm computer stupid but learning !!!!! 🙂

Click on the Apps squares then the Settings cog. Under the Connectioin tab, select More Networks and go to Tethering and Hotspot. Under the Tethering (as in tied to a USB device) you can set up that facility.
