I don't think there are "printer drivers" for Android in the sense that there are thousands of printer drivers available for Windows. Although Android is (loosely) based on Linux, you can't add "drivers" to it.

Many printer manufacturers develop Android applications for some of their printers which would enable you to print from your Android. Check with Canon support whether they have such an app for your printer.

Check whether Google Cloud Print is a solution for your problem.
