Android instead of samsung s4

I bought what it ought to be Samsung S4 GT 1900 , but when you start the phone it says android instead of samsung s4 , and going threw the setting , some features are missing
Any one know whats the story behind this and , is it fixibale ?

You might have bought the Galaxy S4 Play Edition with the vanilla OS. You won't get touchwiz, and updates are directly from google. No bloatwares as well.

actually it is not vanilla , it is Holo, and this device don't get updates directly from google. it always built from Samsung.

you can have touchwiz by flashing touchwiz rom, more information google it
