Animation + VR + Rendering PC

Hello all,

Thanks for reading the thread and helping out. I am trying to build a decent pc for the office to do renderings (Vray Sketchup) and animation or VR. The purpose is mainly to use VR program called eyecad VR (eyecadvr . com). The program requires, as stated on their site the following:

Intel i5 4690K or higher.
GPU Nvidia GTX 970 or higher.
8 GB RAM or higher.

I understand that these might be the minimum requirements and I don't necessarily want to build a super computer because it will be useless if I am not using the full capacity. That being said, I am looking into building one within $600 budget and one within $1200. Thanks again for your input!

Thanks for the response. Do you have a recommendation for a desktop within $600-$800 budget as well? Thanks!

Hello Kyat, i'm using eyecad VR for 1 year. It's a very easy and amzing software. I'm using it with a GTX 970 and is very good, by monitor in High quality, in VR in middle quality.
