Another way to charge your laptop by the USB ports or HDMI

I broke my charger and off to the wall jack so I'm wondering if I can use the HDMI or the USB and how do I do that I just have an Acer

No.. You can't charge on USB or hdmi

I think there are a handful of ultra books (e.g. Macbook) that use a USB C connector as the charging port in place of a regular barrel jack. But no, in general you cannot use any port other than the actual charging port to charge your laptop.
