I am in the hill country of Wimberley, Texas, currently have a twenty-plus year old outdoor UHF-VHF antenna, previously was receiving 6 to 7 San Antonio stations, and now I can't receive any signals. We have a Radio Shack amplifier on the antenna, and have now purchased two Tivax coverter boxes, as well as another Philips outdoor antenna that we attached to the old outdoor antenna. Still, nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I just moved to Wimberley and have an outdoor UHF-VHF antenna. Aiming it about 34 degrees, I'm getting channels 7, 18-1,18-2,18-2,18-4, and 36. Still not satisfied as I'd like to get 24, 42, and 54 like I used to in Austin. Theoretically all the stations are coming from the same direction and are the same number of miles away. ANyone getting better results?

We are down on the river, so that is a lot of our problem. We finally have gotten some signals: 2-1Movies,4-1CBS,4-2Spanish, 5-1NBC,5-2Spanish,5-3 Weather,17-1 Spanish,29-1 Fox?, and oddly, the Country Music Channel......No ABC, no matter what I do. We originally got it, and then the weather moved the antennae and we lost it. I am truly about to bite the bullet and get cablel :ange:
