Anti-aliasing on Need for Speed Carbon is broken

Well I just bought a new copy of Need for Speed Carbon so my copy is legit (from Jarir Bookstores Saudi Arabia). The problem is that anti-aliasing never works, actually the anti-aliasing option is grayed out in the game. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15R with AMD 7670m. Disabling the Intel GPU does not work. Anti-aliasing works on other games so nothing is wrong with the AMD GPU. What should I do to fix this?

P.S. Strangely Need for Speed carbon shows worse performance especially when enabling the motion blur option (a lower fps) than Call of Duty world at war at max settings (1366x768, MSAA 8X all option maxed).
