anti ISP bumping 'programs'?

are there any programs, web sites, I can use to make me look like I'm busy online...when I'm not...so I don't get bumped for being idle? Thanks!

you can use an infinite ping via command prompt like this

ping www.tomshardware.com -t

i think you can also use the -l 65500 switch to push 65500 bytes down the line as well.

ping www.tomshardware.com -l 65500 -t

like that maybe.
