Antivirus for new build

Hey everyone,

So I got myself a new build, the cd that came with the mobo has Kaspersky on it. I was wondering if that antivirus slows the computer while gaming or would it be alright. or do you guys recommend I go with something else? thanks a lot!

Kaspersky is one of the best antiviruses you can buy.

Thanks for the reply. Does it slow down the system much? Im using this computer for gaming and I don't want any lag issues.

I don't know personally, but I doubt it'll slow down your system at all if it's considered one of the best antiviruses.
