App can I install on my phone to program the remote for the Orion television

Trying to install app on phone to operate remote on a orion tv without wifi, because remote is not able to get to auto channel programer

Your phone needs to have InfraRed transmitter in order to operate your TV (or to reprogram your remote). iPhones do not have it at all, and most new Androids don't have it either. Once you find a phone that has, check Google Play for "universal remote control" that knows for your Orion TV. Or just check eBay for replacement.
