In order to avoid conflict with Nintendo, I prefer to simply remove it from the AppStore.

Hmm. If he wanted to avoid conflict with Nintendo, he would not have created the App to begin with. On another note, Nintendo can still go after him for making a profit on it.

I wonder though, since Apple approved it, does that mean that Nintendo can go after Apple for facilitating and distributing an application that is breaking copyright laws? Anyone with a law background care to enlighten us?
 
That is sooo awwwwesome! To bad I dont like the iPhone enough to purchase one, and pay for both the phone service and data service at its ridiculous rates.
