Er, did you not realise my point was that what the IMPARTIAL ORGANISATION and Apple said IS TRUE?

Just because you have better conditions than average doesn't mean you can't invest in improving them - they're not mutually exclusive. Learn what that means?

They didn't say above average for that area, Apple officially said that conditions in that factory were good and that there were no problems. That was clearly not the case. You're argument is based on assuming that Apple said the factory was above average in the area and that is not what happened, so your logic does not work.
