Uhh...Yeah. I just had my Iphone 6 in for the $29 Battery replacement and they told me it was going to cost $300 because my water indicator got wet. This whole throttling performance thing is a load! Not being upfront with your customers is still a lie. That, plus Apples insistence on having to have so much control, password issues,and stupid Apple ID's drove me away. I am the owner of a new S9 and so far I love it.
i had nothing to do with iphone ever but had in the past an Imac and can state that the way dealt with a faulty production sery of their Imac was nothing less than theft.
I will advise anyone to stay away from them even if they may have super-technology.
May they improve their ethics first
Here in Atlanta at many small shopping centers, there are independent stores which will replace your Apple battery for a reasonable cost. I would presume that similar shops could be found in most towns.
