News Apple Event frenzy is already pushing new MacBook Pro orders into December

I ordered a 16" MacBook Pro, M1 Max, 32 GPU cores, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD as soon as the store would load and my delivery was already December 2nd-9th.

I don't know if it's because the machine was CTO, the number of orders, or the scarcity of these models but stock rapidly depleted while I struggled with the Apple Store to verify my suburb actually exists.
