Wow, Impulse Fire911, where to begin?
[citation][nom]Impulse Fire911[/nom]Apple pisses me off like people always rant on how the zune is inferior to the ipod. but there has been like what at least 7 or 8 generations of different ipods and only 2 gen's of zune's if it takes apple 7-8 tries and microsoft only 2 who wins this battle?[/citation]
Apple, because each generation of iPod has actually sold well. How many car manufacturers are advertising: "Zune compatibility"?

FAIL.
[citation][nom]Impulse Fire911[/nom]and besides the only peice of technology that even a microsoft fan boy would even consider of getting is an ipod touch because they just happened to make it something new.[/citation]
?
I'm not touching this, because I'm not sure you've made your point very clear.
[citation][nom]Impulse Fire911[/nom] i hate how every ambercrombie/american eagle wearing kid has an ipod not because they see it as a superior peice of technology but because "their friends have one" [/citation]
So, loving a product based on it's popularity is stupid. What about hating a product for the same reason? Unstupid?
[citation][nom]Impulse Fire911[/nom]i would not care if i had to use a mac for work or typing but thats like the only thing i could do with it i couldnt use my sony vegas or play any of my games.[/citation]
Any apple made in the last 4 years can run anything made for PC. My Macbook has Windows7 RC, OS X Leopard, and Ubuntu. I don't even need to reboot my system if I want to run a windows app, I have WinXP running in VMWare and linux apps can run native under X11 compiler. Apple is a closed platform for hardware, but it's an extremely open platform for software. You really should do some research about this. Any game for PC will run just wonderfully on a mac, so will Sony Vegas.
[citation][nom]Impulse Fire911[/nom]Apple sucks overpriced shit for crap usage. kinda like buying a 40 inch HD TV and a BLU RAY player with surround sound for your house to watch the news in the morning nothing else. would cost less than a mac laptop.[/citation]
Apple isn't interested in making the most affordable product, they're focused on making the highest quality product. You get what you pay for, anyone that uses Mac OS X most likely finds it more enjoyable, and worth the premium. Design, cohesion, and devoted customer support have a price. For most Apple customers, this is acceptable. Any perceived limitation you imagine a Mac having is pure fantasy.
Yes, I know their laptops cost more, I've seen the commercials.
Also, cars made by Hyundai cost more than cars made by BMW and Audi.
