Apple is rumored to be hosting a Feb. 24 media event, which may cover the Apple Watch as well as a new, 12-inch MacBook Air.

Yawn. As ever, Apple waits until they find something we don't need, and then copies it, and advertises as if they're the first..and we MUST have it NOW. The fanboys line up in the dead of night at the Apple stores.

I'd prefer a self-winding very cool watch that can't be hacked, as so-called 'smart' watches can--no batteries. The smartest watch is one that tells the right time for years. I think I'll try Swatch Sistem 51, one of each color, starting with blue, then red. Should last forever, at least for me.
