Applications going crazy

Hey guys every application on my pc want to connect to the internet even old games want to connect, how can I stop this.
I have ESET NOD32 Smart Security, scanned my pc 5 times and it didnt detect any viruses.
Anyone have any ideas what is happening???

Intel Core 2Duo 2Ghz
2GB Ram
Nvidia GTS 250 1GB
320Gb HDD

What is exactly "want to connect to the internet"? They start a web browser? You get a message? What webpage does it try to open?

It doesnt open a webpage, my antivirus tells me that the application is trying to connect to the internet and when I am offline it requests a connection kind of like this:

When did this start? You can try a scan using another anti-virus program. Try the Avira rescue disk.
