Applications Settings on Samsung Pro

Hi,

I want to know where is the option of Application Setting,
I have just downloaded Whats App on my Samsung Pro mobile & now I want to block installation of applications not obtained from the Android Market

Pleeeaaase help me.

choose Settings >> Applications >> Unknown sources
