Apps rating (and more reviews)

I believe that in the choosing the best app for something, you should consider if the app wants internet/gps position/phonebook/pictures/video/contacts/messagges/underpants size and others... (when it dont really need itneed it).
I might want a less featured app but less spy-full...

Oh and more review please...

I've seen a tetris app that wants to access EVERYTHING on the phone !
