Are any of these viruses or unnecessary CPU/Memory/etc hogs?

My GPU seems to be spiking and working hard. I do have several tabs open at a time on Chrome, but the pages are already loaded, and they're not doing much except maybe Gmail. Anyway, I've reviewed some of the programs that I have and I'm thinking there's something I missed that may be causing performance issues. I've bolded some of the items from the programs list below that I may or may not need (extracted from CCleaner's program list).

Could you please let me know which of these programs are unnecessary? I've written comments/questions next to specific programs below. Conversely, are there any programs that I should get?

By the way, I'm on Windows 10, 64 bit, and my hardware specs are listed when hovering over my avatar.

Thanks in advance!

Fences 12/5/2015
I don't know why there's two. This one is missing the icon and when I try to uninstall it, it simply says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." How do I get rid of this strange second Fences program, as I don't think it will affect the "real" Fences program below?

I ask about this because the publisher's name is "Intel" instead of "Intel Corporation" like the other Intel programs... is there anything to worry about? Just wondering if it's a hidden virus or something like that.

Do I need any or all of these? From what I've read, 64 bit OS's use both x64 and x86, and programs can be unique to specific releases of the Visual C++ Redistributables, so the "latest" C++ does not include everything from the previous versions. I'm still wondering if I actually need any of these, given the programs that I use listed here.

I wanted to delete this as I have a new printer, but it says that it'll delete the tray icon. I'm concerned that it'll delete the tray icon for my new printer, the Samsung M2070. Will the printer status tray icon remain for my M2070 printer?
