yeah its unfair. pretty much all tv is digital now so all the companies should be paying not just netflix and the likes.
data is data regardless of the source and its all stored on the " cloud " at some point during transmission. looks to me like another dodgey lobbyist law designed to keep the cable companies firmly in charge of there advertising markets.
markets that have on mass recently said no thank you and cut there cords.
