Are the integrated graphics on a laptop mobo any good?

Basicallly what it says above, how good are the graphics on a mobo for like fairly easy games like minecraft or rome 2?

Depends entirely on the mobo and CPU you're talking about. You need to be a bit more specific. Some motherboards have a discreet nVidia or ATI GPU, and the AMD APU chips have pretty good graphics cards, all of which are good enough to play 3d games like Mechwarrior Online at mid-high settings for example
