Question are there fake Garmin watches?

saw someone selling a Garmin Forerunner 245 music selling below what is suppose to cost, and the seller says that its under warranty by Local Garmin distributor by almost $60+

I don't know whether they are providing fake products or they are just selling by making fool for people.
