Are USB Speakers good for PC??

Currently I am having a 3.5mm jack Multi Media Speakers. But unfortunately they are dead!!! There is no output unless I shake it or move and adjust some of its wires(Generally it takes a lot of time and energy to have back the output. ) So I am thinking of buying new speakers for my PC. I have seen a lot of USB speakers on the internet.

Now, the question is "are the good for PC"? I want decent audio output.
And I also don't want "a lot of wirings"!!! It just creats a mess on the Table.... Lol.
Are the USB speakers able to input earphones in it and hear the output in the earphones??

Everything you're asking is completely dependent on what model you get. There certainly are decent usb speakers out there. Do you have a pair in mind?

any other speakers you know better is accepted!!

Either pair would be sufficient for youtube videos or background music. Neither one is going to be very loud. You might be better off with something like one of these two:
