I got blue light and back screen and make turn on sound but then nothing but blue light stays on I dropped it but I just want it back

If you dropped it, you need to get it repaired or replaced. If you have accident insurance on it, go through that. If you don't, bring it to a phone repair shop or just replace it if it's a cheap model.
