As us g735 won't turn on

Tried unplugging, taking out battery, holding the power button for 30 seconds. Did that 5 times and still nothing!

Hi,

Please do try these other troubleshooting steps that may help.

If there are lights on your laptop and the fans are spinning.
- Reseat the RAM first, take them off for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly into each slots.
- Test the AC adapter if it's supplying enough voltage to power the laptop.
- Connect an external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it.

If there's no light on the laptop.
- Try another AC adapter.
- Lastly contact Asus support if it's still under a factory warranty for a repair.
