Question Ashampoo Burning Studio 11 problem

Hello all. I have two computers. One has Windows 7 and the other has Windows 10. I have Ashampoo Burning Studio 11 installed on both. When I author a DVD on the one with Windows 7, no problems. But when I try to author a DVD on the one with Windows 10, it won't allow me to add any videos to my DVD. Does anyone have any idea why this would be? Thanks.

Will the Win 10 machine successfully burn any sort of DVD?

If not, could be a defective/dirty optical drive? How old is it?

Make sure you have MPEG-2 Video Extensions installed. It was removed by default in Win10.
