Asus battery warning, consider replacing your Battery

Am i suppose to change my battery though my laptop is very new. What should i do please help me............

My battery just started the same warning after about a year now...I really dont keep it off a charger all to much...kinda lame...is there any other suggestions other than a replacement? is this warning accurate? thanks
