I loaded the Hard Disk In My Working Desktop displays the same thing and
It displays the stuff that says safe mode, with networking, command prompt, last good config, start normally and just loops.

Where can i find a windows xp cd or file for usb cause the laptop doesnt have cd writer.

Hi,

Most likely there's no more available recovery disc for your laptop due to it's age but you can download an ISO Windows XP from third party sites and put it into a USB drive so you can reinstall it's OS back into it. You can use Rufus to burn the ISO image of XP that you'll be downloading and run it in your laptop.
