Hi all. I have a notebook asus FX502VM and I had a big problem and I can not find the solution. You see, after updating the windows and turn it off, the next day I turned it on and I found the surprise of a black screen, I can not access the bios or anywhere.
I tried to clean ram memories and several other things that I saw on the internet but they did not work.
