Asus Internet connection issue

My computer won't connect to my wifi it says no Internet I've my wifi works on my phone I've made sure the airplane mode isn't on I've turned both the laptop and router on and off and disconnected from the wifi and reconnected but nothing works any help would be appreciated

go to your network adapter settings and make sure all but the connection method you are using are disabled you can also check for driver updates through this once connected again

see if can connect to the net via an Ethernet cable.
