Question Asus k70io camera upside down

Hello, I have an asus K70io and I have tried uninstalling the camera, reinstalling and reinstalling the whole of Windows but still the camera is upside down? I've also done all Microsoft updates available and installed up to date drivers.

Many camera programs have an option to flip the camera. Is this issue something new or was it always this way?
