Solved! Asus laptop doesn`t use GPU

Hello, theres something wrong with my motherboard, if I enable integrated graphics my whole screen glitches. I keep my integrated graphics off and because of it I cant use Nvidia control panel. The other thing is that the driver of my gpu is enabled in device manager, but my laptop doesnt use it. I cant run any games because of it,
I tried reinstalling drivers both integrated and gpu.
