Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a mid-class laptop for my sister (for basic uses).
I came across the following model, which fits to her budget (~750$)
Asus Vivobook i5 15.6", X512FA-BR082T
The problem is, that this model seems to be available only in my country (Israel)!
Do you guys have any idea what is the reason for that?
I wish to know more details about this laptop (e.g: releasing date to the market, reviews from users etc') but I can't seem to find any details about this very specific model. I do have, however, the basic details of the laptop (RAM, memory, graphic card..) but that's all.
I even contacted the Asus's Israeli branch and asked them this question but they couldn't provide any other details... It's kinda fishy.

Would appreciate your help :)

Thanks.

it´s very common that in different countries not all or other versions of hardware is available or not.

Only thing I could see is, that the display is only a HD ready resolution 1366x768

the release was in ~ March 2019
I5-8265U
256GB SSD
8GB RAM

The ASUS VivoBook 15 X512FA-BQ063T comes very close to the BR082T, only difference is the display.
You should find some reviews of the base laptop X512FA, like quality of the materials, keyboard,...

Just for you info:
