Solved! Asus laptop stuck at loading screen only after restart

hello, my ASUS laptop model g752vm gets stuck on restart, this happens on windows version 1909 and above the problem is not happening on 1806, I tried to disable fast startup.. updated everything to the latest but nothing is solving the issue it happens only if the restart.. the laptop restart then the ASUS logo shows up and it stays there for ever, any idea what might be causing this ? also my bios is the latest version.

Go back to 1806, and then make a clone using a external hard drive and a spare disk drive of sufficient size. (Use Acronis if you can, it's easy and fast, and make a EXACT duplicate of a working drive. Keep one clone always available, and at least you won't have to keep re- loading.
Then call Factory Cervix.
