Asus laptop touch screen won't turn on when I press the power button the keyboard lights Flash and that's it

Asus laptop touch screen less than a month old. When I press the power button the light on the keyboard flashes and that's it it won't turn on after that comma if I press the power button again same thing keyboard light flashes and that's it. When I plug it in the blue light comes on saying that's charged.

Since this is a brand new device you should be contacting the place you bought it from or the manufacturer. No new device should give such problems.
